Define the requirement, commit the capacity and keep ownership clear through the movement.
Our operating principles
Responsibility, made practical .
Control
Agree the freight, lane, vehicle and placement requirement. A named account owner keeps the plan connected.
Custody
From dock to destination, your freight and its problems are ours. Loading, movement and handover follow one chain, with clear handling standards for every freight type.
Candour
You hear from us first, especially when things go wrong. Fixed status updates tell you what happened, what changed and who owns the next action.
In practice
Drivers
Our drivers are paid three times a day while on the road. Their care, support and financial security reduce the biggest uninsured risk against your load.
Owned Assets
Our own trucks, drivers and warehouses follow the same SOPs, seal discipline and reporting standards as contracted vehicles on your lane.
Continuity
Kairav is promoter owned, with no acquisition clock or investor deadline shaping your account. The person who signs your contract stays accountable for it.
Documentation
E-way bills, PODs, GST invoices and gate paperwork are prepared to clear first time. Clean documentation is treated as part of the service, not an afterthought.
Before the first load
01
Planned at your plant . Owned through delivery
.
Understand the freight
We study pack sizes, weights and handling risks before quoting. Loading windows, gate timings and placement schedules are agreed with the people running your plant.
Put the plan in writing
Capacity, vehicle type and the meaning of ?on time? are agreed before the first load. One named account owner keeps the plan connected.
Carry it through to handover
Loading follows written handling standards. Seals are recorded at departure and checked at destination, with PODs returned and exceptions noted at handover.
When plans change
02
You hear it first . We see it through .
One person owns the next action
If a placement slips or a consignment is damaged, we tell you what is known and who is responsible. One named owner stays with the claim until it is settled.
A clear picture every month
Placement, transit, exceptions, claims and billing are reviewed together. Causes and corrective actions are shared whether the month was good or bad.
Make the next movement better
Quarterly reviews start with the lanes that underperformed. Each year, we revisit volumes and capacity against what actually moved.
Let’s get to work
Let’s move your business forward.
Tell us about the freight, the lanes and the responsibility behind them.
